Login and interface state

Cookies keep authenticated sessions working. Browser storage can remember interface preferences and task recovery information. Disabling or clearing this storage can interrupt login or remove local recovery state.

Visitor attribution and operational events

We use a first-party visitor cookie named sf_visitor_id, configured with a cookie lifetime of 180 days. It can connect visits with account activity. Attribution may include the landing page, referrer, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers.

We record visits and actions such as signing in, starting a video and completing checkout to understand service usage and identify problems. A cookie lifetime does not define how long related database records remain.

Your browser controls
