Acceptable Use & Photo Consent | Hotel Lobby AI Video

Rules for authorized adult photos, synthetic media, likenesses and responsible sharing.

Last updated: 2026-10-05

Permission comes before upload

Use only material you have the right to upload and process. Each real person shown must be an adult. You must have the rights and any consent required for the AI transformation and its intended sharing. Obtain a private individual’s agreement before using their likeness. If the image belongs to a photographer or another rights holder, comply with the applicable licence or obtain permission. A public image or an open photo licence does not automatically clear likeness rights.

Original fictional characters are welcome when you control the relevant rights. Do not assume that a publicly visible photo or popular character is free to reuse. Selecting a photo in the active generator uploads it before you start generation.

Public-figure parody and animal or original-character videos must follow the same image-rights and non-deception rules. Clearly identify synthetic portrayals; do not claim the depicted person participated in, approved or endorsed the video or this service. Public-figure status is not a blanket permission for commercial use.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the service for sexual content involving minors, sexualization of people without consent, intimate-image abuse, exploitation, stalking, harassment, threats or targeted humiliation. Do not create deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence, scams, misleading endorsements or material that violates others' rights or applicable law.

Do not upload identity documents, private communications, financial records or unnecessary sensitive information. Do not bypass access controls, abuse the generation service, interfere with other accounts or manipulate payment and credit records.

Review and sharing

AI can change faces, movements and context. Review both performers and the complete video, including audio, before sharing. Make the synthetic nature clear when a viewer could otherwise be misled. Do not claim that the people depicted really performed the scene or endorsed a product.

Rights to a photo, a likeness, a motion reference and a soundtrack are distinct. Confirm the permissions required for your planned use; a downloaded MP4 is not a blanket licence to all material in it.

Reporting a problem

Use Contact with the affected task or media link and a concise explanation of your concern. Avoid redistributing harmful content beyond what is necessary to identify it. We may investigate, restrict access or remove material to address abuse, security, rights or legal concerns.
